The Fromagerie Lemaire (Cheese dairy) is one of the oldest cheese dairies still operating in Canada. In 2004, a country-style room, that is also a snack bar, has been fit out. From this room, it is possible to see how cheese is being made through a bay window. Since the summer 2006, a second establishment has open along the Highway 20. This restaurant offers the service of a dining room (alcohol licence, a snack bar and a fresh cheddar cheese counter).
